I. Lodging on campus during meeting:

The planned lodging facility will consist of suites in Weaver Towers Residence Hall. In Weaver Towers, suites house approx. 8 people: typically in 2 single rooms, and 3 double rooms with bunk beds. All beds are twin size. Each guest is provided: bed linens, bath, hand and face towel. Linen exchange provided once during stay. Each suite is accommodated with 2 semi-private bathrooms. The number of single rooms is limited.

II. Payment for lodging on campus:

a) Payment is welcome in the form of Visa, MC, AMEX, money orders, or personal checks.
b) Payment is required in full and must accompany reservation form.
c) If you need to change or cancel your CSM lodging reservation, you must contact CSM in writing 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund of your lodging fee minus a $25 handling fee. Cancellation after that time will result in a $50 penalty. Refunds will be sent to you in the mail in the form of a check within four weeks of cancellation.

III. Arrivals and Departures, etc.

a)The Weaver Towers reception desk welcomes your arrival for CSM lodging between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm daily.
No arrivals prior to noon on Saturday, May 30th will be accommodated.
b) The Weaver Towers reception desk welcomes your departure from CSM lodging between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm daily. All guests must check-out at the Weaver Towers desk by noon on Sunday, June 7th.
c) Lost or non-returned keys will be charged to the individual. Each key is charged at $65.00
