SIAM will keep a database of attendees who may wish to share a room with another attendee of the conference to reduce expenses. If you are interested in sharing a room, please fill-in and submit the following form to SIAM to be included in the database. Make sure you supply us complete information. If information is incomplete, we cannot guarantee that you will be included in the database. It is the responsiblility of the attendee to make the contacts and arrangements with other attendees in the database.
