GS97 Room-Sharing List

Note: There is a "Submit Request" button at the bottom of this fill-in form. If you don't see the button, or if any of the fill-in blanks do not appear correctly, your Web browsing software is not capable of handling this form. SIAM will keep a database of attendees who may wish to share a room with another attendee of the conference to reduce expenses. Please forward the following information to SIAM to be included in the database. Make sure you supply us complete information to be placed on the GS97 list. If information is incomplete, we cannot guarantee that you will be included in the database. SIAM will provide the listing electronically to all attendees on the list.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to make the contacts and arrangements with other attendees on the list.
