SIAM urges attendees to preregister and save! To qualify for the preregistration fee, please register in one of the following ways by January 29, 1996:

*These rates will apply if registrations are received at the SIAM office after the 1/29/96 deadline. We will charge your credit card or collect the difference from you on-site. On-site registration begins on Sunday, February 11, 1996. Registration fees include a copy of the Proceedings volume which will be mailed when it becomes available.

There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Saturday, February 10, 1996.
